YOU MUST PROVIDE 

ONE TIME A YEAR OR FIRST TIME REGISTRATION

• 1.- Current Canadian ID for all members in your Household (original) , Or legal immigration papers.
• 2.- Personal banking profile, ( Account Summary ), means list of all bank accounts.
• 3.- Lease ( Rental agreement ) or Mortgage papers.

ON Registration & EVERY MONTH

• 1.-Proof of Address (bill Monthly) 
• 2.-Proof of ALL Income in the Household (ODSP, OW, CPP, OAS, PAY STAB OR OTHER)
• 3.-Proof of Rent 
• 4.- Bank Statements for all accounts in your personal profile Full previous month, or up-to-date Bank Book or Money Mart Receipt(NOT just an account balance) > Needs to be for the entire previous 1st - 31st

After your paperwork is submitted, PLEASE wait for our response.  We have over 2,600 families and receive approx 80 emails a day.

If you are missing documents we will advise.

If paperwork is complete we will email you a "food order form"  for you to complete and return

VIP if your documentation is incomplete your next email is at the bottom of our cue line.  So it is very important that you send ALL required info together, to avoid delaying service

What will you receive
